On April 4, 2015, JSDJ was awarded a contract (1.5 million) from one of its loyal clients- Baosteel Group to design and manufacture the first waste heat recovery unit for one of their solid waste burning chamber After technical communications between our R & D department and project managers from their side, we designed a compact unit to overcome the challenge of limited ground space at site. After JSDJ completed delivery on June 10, 2016, our engineers supervised the erection process performed by Bao-steel’s own crew. This project was successfully commissioned on October 5, 2016. Main technical data are indicated below.
Inlet gas temp: 1300 Celsius
Outlet gas temp: 850 Celsius
Steam pressure: 1.6 MPA
Steam temp: 204.31 Celsius
Steam output: 4.5 T / H
